Kris is a Skating Instructor as well as a a Yoga Instructor and owns the North Coast Inline Skating School. She came to yoga for physical flexibilty and to learn how to manage stressors in her life. She is currently conducting a research study on the benefits of a twice daily Sun Salutation that will be used to fulfill the educational requirements for a master’s degree in Exercise Science at Cleveland State University. Kris writes, "Since stress is an unavoidable part of 21st century life, and if the goal is to experience a life full of peace, happiness and love then yoga can be the vehicle to accomplish this objective. Inherent in yoga is a plethora of techniques that
when learned and practiced frequently can decrease the level of physical, mental and emotional stress."
