It’s best to begin with our Fundamental Yoga classes. Through these classes you will build a strong foundation of practice that will not only help you succeed and progress in yoga, but will also enhance your life off the mat.
For those who are concerned about joining a class, we also offer monthly “Beginners’ Workshops” to learn the basics of yoga and how yoga will benefit you.
And our staff is always available to help choose the best approach for you.
