    Learn how to take better care of your soft tissues in this empowering 4-week workshop series that will help you manage pain, help you prevent/recover from injuries and improve performance in all that you do.


    Soft tissues are muscles, fascias, & joints interwoven with nerve or communication pathways. Your soft tissues are what gets stiff and sometimes painful. Left untreated, these are catalysts for pain, injury and reduced performance.


    Learn effective self-massage sequences featuring The Roll Model® Method therapy balls and corrective exercises. Each class concludes with 15 minutes of yoga nidra relaxation. (Self-massage tools will be provided for use during workshop and available for purchase afterwards.)
