Denise Clement instructs the following:
  • Foundation A (Open to All)
  • Improve your flexibility, strength, and stamina and learn basic breathing and stress relief techniques. The practices in Foundation A can help relieve and prevent degenerative conditions like arthritis, high blood pressure and back problems.



    Suitable for all regardless of fitness level, health conditions or age. Teachers will provide modifications for your unique needs in this non-competitive environment.

  • Foundation B (Open to All)
  • This class increases core strength and flexibility through an exploration of classic postures such as triangle, half camel and the poses of Sun Salutation. Breathing practices and meditations increase lung capacity and relieve stress.

  • Align Your Body Part 3!
  • Alignment workshop: PART 3
    Saturday March 4th 2:00 – 4:00pm
    Investment: $35 by February 27th, $40 after

    Join Denise in part 3 of the alignment series. Return for more or join the series now! There will be a brief review of what has been introduced in previous sessions, as these concepts continue to build within your body. Patience is needed to allow your body the time to grasp these new ideas. The series will continue to support, and integrate, while making the choice to participate in the alignment and strength of your own body.
    Key points for Part 3:
    • Participate in your body while you become more aligned
    • Continue to explore positions of feet & hands
    • sense more connection from pelvic girdle to shoulder girdle
    • investigate the ribs and shoulders
    • a taste of asana from FA & FB, more focus on forward/back bending
