Suitable for all regardless of fitness level, health conditions or age. Teachers will provide modifications for your unique needs in this non-competitive environment.

  • Ayurvedic Yoga
  • An all-levels class that explores the concepts of Ayurveda and how they can support your yoga practice.

  • Yoga Nidra/Meditation Class (Open to all)
  • Learn different types of meditation and get ideas for developing an individual practice. The theory and technique of beginning pratyahara (sensory withdrawal) and dharana (concentration) are taught.

  • PreNatal
  • Pregnancy is a time to honor yourself. Learn asanas (physical postures) to release discomfort of the pelvis, hips and lower back. Breathing, relaxation and meditation practices are taught to help with the process of labor and delivery, as well as parenting.
